Its founder, Hüseyin, comes from Istanbul and grew up in a family of strong, dedicated women who have been making Turkish sweets for generations. Their passion and family recipes became the inspiration for creating the restaurant.
A special figure in his life is his grandmother, Mürüvet – an extraordinary woman who came to spend a few weeks with him. She taught him how to cook the dishes he grew up with, passing on the taste of homemade Turkish cuisine and cherished family secrets.
